VOCAL INSTRUCTOR AND ACTING COACH

Tahirih believes in the importance of education and being an active teacher alongside performing. She has taught private vocal lessons for over 15 years and teaches at Sheridan College’s Bachelor of Musical Theatre Performance Program. Tahirih is also a student herself working towards her Masters in Professional Practice in Vocal Pedagogy at the University of Wales Trinity Saint David and the Voice Study Centre. CHORAL CONDUCTOR

Tahirih is a sought after conductor in the choral community of Toronto. She was the music director and conductor of the Community Music Schools of Toronto choirs (formerly known as The Regent Park School of Music) for over 10 years. For more info on her experience working with choirs click here.


FACILITATOR

Tahirih is a co-founder and works as an educator and facilitator of ARCS: Authentic, Radical, Curious Support. ARCS is a toolkit for communication to help navigate the difficult moments of conflict that arise within the theatre-making process. ARCS provides tools and training to help understand the anatomy of a conflict and facilitates the creation of a community room agreement.
