Tahirih Vejdani (she/her) is a mixed artist of Persian and South Indian heritage.

Her artistic practice includes working as a multidisciplinary artist in many facets of the arts as an actor, singer, conductor, vocal instructor, and arts administrator.

She is passionate about story-telling and musical-expression and shares that love through her work as a performer and educator.

Tahirih is equally at home working in comedic musicals at the Stratford Shakespeare Festival to starring in the award winning psychological thriller Receiver.

She enjoys new artistic challenges, collaborating with others, and bringing diverse stories to life. Tahirih is from Regina, Saskatchewan and has been based in Toronto, Ontario for the last 15 years.

Outside of her artistic practice, Tahirih enjoys volunteering with the Bike Brigade, camping, spending time with her cats, and blending tea.
